If you measure your head with a flexible tape measure, for this hat to fit (or just wrap your head with a string and measure the string), your head would need to be between 21 and 23 1/4 inches around measured across your forehead and right above your ears. It fits hat sizes Small, Medium and Large. Not Extra Small and not Extra Large.

An unstructured hat is a casual, comfortable and unpretentious type of cap and is sometimes called a dad cap. This does not mean it is intended only for dads. It is just what they are called. Unstructured hats will collapse without your head in the hat to support it. Unstructured hats are low profile, have no support behind the crown and no support all around the hat. Unstructured hats fit lower on your brow to match the contours of your head. They can also be softer and more comfortable to wear than structured hats.

Unstructured hats are different from structured hats, which have stiff fabric in the front two panels of the crown to add strength and shape.
